His foundational expertise includes spearheading the National Telecom digital transformation across 18 States of India covering over 175 Cities during the Y2K era when the country was transitioning to digital. He also managed critical infrastructure projects, including the first-ever installation of HP Alpha Servers with TrueUnix in India and services to India's leading Telecom. Globally, Hetal served as a Board Director and founding member of both Africa's largest Third Party Call Center and Africa's largest IT Footprint company in IT Managed Services. In this capacity, he established a massive global footprint, mobilising 300+ professionals across 18 countries within just seven weeks.
